missingWrote a review on Jan 14great local eatscozy dining areaparking lot theftmanagement absence
The dining scene around Hilton Garden is a goldmine! Five Guys for a juicy burger hit, and Siu's Asian Bistro for a taste of the East were my faves. Plus, the hotel dining area felt cozy, and breakfast options were solid.
Our stay was marred by theft in the parking lot with no security cameras in sight. Management's absence on Thanksgiving left a sour note amidst the chaos, but we still managed to enjoy what we could.

Staying here had its downfalls. The theft problem in the parking lot is concerning, especially with no cameras present. I found the mattress uncomfortable, possibly due to its age, and there was no complimentary bottled water upon check-in, which is a basic expectation. It felt like management could have done more to alleviate questions about local dining options. a little initiative goes a long way in hospitality.

Great for those feeling under the weather
I got very sick while I was staying there. The housekeeper Selena, was so accommodating. She got me an extra blanket and extra towels and the next morning she came by to check on me. The front desk overnight manager, David, also worked with me to get my room extended so I could recover another night.
It was a bit pricey but worth it for the care I received.

I really appreciated the clean and spacious room with a fridge and microwave, which made our stay comfortable. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the dining area was bright and inviting. However, the indoor pool wasn’t available during my stay due to maintenance, which was disappointing since I had planned to use it. The mattress felt a bit worn out, impacting my sleep quality. Also, check-in took longer than expected, and there wasn’t any mention of complimentary waters at check-in, which I always appreciate as a Hilton Honors member. The location was very convenient, surrounded by plenty of dining options and shopping. Overall, it's a decent spot but a few adjustments could really enhance the experience.
